10 Days of TEN Circle Project Campaign

The 10 Days of TEN Circle Project Campaign is one such way to change the world around us. For a 10 day period, we pledge to donate $1 to a charitable and/or philanthropic organization for every copy of TEN sold anywhere in the world during that period. From March 3 to March 12, we want to draw a circle around The Legacy Center and help to make a positive difference for the people of New York City and the world. And we would like your help.

Learn More About The Legacy Center

The Legacy Center is an extension of Christ Tabernacle in Glendale, NY. Its mission is “to meet community needs and improve quality of life while inspiring individuals to live life on purpose.” The Legacy Center’s outreach efforts include:

  • Urban Impact
    Urban Impact in conjunction with Chaplain Willie Alfonso and Zarephath Christian Church hosts a monthly sports camp with 20 boys from Christ Tabernacle. Special events have included: chapel with athletes, thanksgiving and Christmas dinners, week long summer camp and monthly food care packages.

  • Angel Tree
    For over a decade Christ Tabernacle has participated in Angel Tree, a ministry of Prison Fellowship which purchases gifts for the children of inmates who are incarcerated. Christ Tabernacle hand delivered over 75 gifts to children over the holidays.

  • Supply the Future
    Each year TLC sponsors a network of local schools through backpack, school supplies, clothing and book drives. TLC believes that if the next generation of students is well equipped they can one day change the neighborhood. This unique partnership with local public schools, working together with parents, teachers, parent coordinators, and principals, allows TLC to Supply the Future.

  • Elizabeth’s Embrace
    The Elizabeth’s Embrace program is a program designed to help pregnant teens. The program is designed to provide emotional and educational support for the teen and to develop a network of supportive services.

  • Bridges
    Bridges pairs volunteers with local families to address lack of food clothing, and resources. Teams of volunteers spend quality time with local families to assist in problem solving and potentially connecting them to other TLC programs.

  • English Language Learners (ELL)
    ELL courses are designed to increase a student’s proficiency in the English Language using relevant themes and topics. The curriculum uses relationship building, through conversational English as a method of building more complex language skills.

    • Contribute to raising funds for The Legacy Center. We have pledged to give $1 of every copy of TEN sold anywhere in the world to The Legacy Center during this period. If we sell 100 books during the 10 days, The Legacy Center will receive $100 from this effort. But if we sell 100,000 books, then The Legacy Center will receive $100,000!
    • Help get the message of creating a better world to as many people as possible in the 10 day period between March 3 to March 12.
